Web
The web app is available now at zicarium.app. It uses a wide multi-pane layout on larger screens and a responsive browser layout on phones. Nothing needs to be installed.
Windows desktop
The Electron desktop application is in development and not yet available as a public installer. It uses native SQLite in a real local database file and is designed around a full local copy.
Android
The Capacitor Android application is in development and not yet listed publicly on Google Play. Its touch-first shell adds native camera capture, optional capture location, local notifications, and on-device face processing.
What offline means
Installed clients are designed to keep their full working set locally. In the web app, offline availability depends on what has been retained on that browser and on the offline scope selected in Settings.
